Sentinel EMS was founded in 2026 by two firefighter-EMTs who recognized the growing need for dependable medical resources nationwide. What began with just two trucks, a shared vision, and a commitment to serve has grown from a simple belief: quality emergency medical support should be available wherever and whenever it is needed.

Guided by our slogan, “Deployed When It Matters. Standing By When It Counts.”, Sentinel EMS provides highly trained medical professionals to government agencies and private-sector partners. We support wildland fire incidents, natural disasters, special events, remote operations, and other planned or emergency assignments throughout the country.
